U-educate are looking for a School Admins for schools based in Coventry.
Job description
- Coordinating all administrative processes.
- Managing budgets, policies, events and meetings
- Resolving conflicts or other issues as they occur
- Handle scheduling, record-keeping and reporting
- Ensure the school complies with relevant laws and regulations
- Communicate with parents, regulatory bodies and the public
- Implement actions that improve the school and the quality of education (e.g. building renovations, new guidelines for students, new subjects)
- Help shape and uphold the vision of the school
Requirements
- Ability to pass an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check to work with children
- Be an experienced School Administrator who has proven experience within a secondary school admin/finance team
- Knowledge of school databases.
