We are looking for Store Managers to join our team in our stores in central London.

We are a premium chocolate and gelato brand with 175 stores worldwide, 10 of which are in London.

Venchi UK is run by our London based headquarters and is part of the global Venchi family.
The UK business is growing rapidly with new stores being added each year, and we’re on the lookout for ambitious people to strengthen our UK presence.
We sell fresh gelato made daily by our in-house gelatieres, lavish, natural chocolates, and skillfully crafted coffee.
Attention to detail and a personal touch is what makes our product so important in the fine chocolate world.
Venchi stores are in premium locations, with elegant and considered designs, showcasing our outstanding product.
We pride ourselves in sourcing the best ingredients, producing authentic recipes and presenting a premium product to our customers.

The Role
Store Managers create a slice of Italy in London, serving chocolate and gelato with genuine hospitality and care. The role is exciting, fast paced and has lots of opportunities for progression.
Previous store managers have progressed to training shop manager, cluster/area manager, national and international leadership positions.
Managers run small, high impact teams including food and beverage operatives, an in-house gelatiere (gelato chef) and sales assistants.
In store leadership focuses on customer service, people management and driving sales and profit.
Venchi managers have a close network across London and collaborate regularly to problem solve, share staff across the 10 branches and grow the brand.
Your working hours would be 40 hours over 5 days, to include some evenings and weekend days.[32-36 hours pro rata, job shares and flexible working considered].

- Management experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
- A passion for fine chocolate, gelato and Italian food culture.
- A self motivated, solutions focused person able to contribute to detail and the bigger picture.
- Experience developing others and yourself.
- Adaptability, resilience and flexibility.
- Fluency in multiple languages would be an advantage but not essential.
Pay & Benefits
Manager pay runs from our base rate of £32,000 for new managers to £42,000 for our most experienced and salaries are reviewed annually.
