Location: North West London, NW2 7HF
Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 (depending on skills and experience)

As part of our commitment to innovation and development, we are looking for an experienced Shipping Executive to join our growing team.
Our role…
Based in our North West London HQ, this role’s main purposes will include providing efficient administrative and clerical support to the Import and Export teams.
Responsibilities will include…
- Producing and checking essential shipping documentation required by customers and suppliers, including customs documentation.
- Updating and maintaining accurate shipping information in our Freight software database.
- Assisting with transport arrangements by sea, air and road.
- Dealing with customers enquiries relating to orders, shipment and deliveries.
- Responsible for the input of export customs entries in SAP (training will be provided)
- Providing liaison between the company, Road / Air / Sea Carrier and HMRC.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Ad-hoc administrative duties as and when required.
You will have…
- 4-7 years of experience within a similar position.
- Good knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of export documentation.
- Good computer skills and competent with Microsoft Office programmes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
