Who will I be supporting?

You will be supporting 5 people who live in the Taunton area to live their lives independently

The people we support enjoy trips into town, going shopping, visiting their families and going to church

Keen gardeners VERY welcome - Their home has a huge garden that would be great for growing veg and plants which the people we support would love to get involved in.
What will I be doing?
-
You will be supporting people to live their lives how they choose, to be themselves and to achieve their personal goals

The people we support would like some support with their medication, organising and attending their health appointments, and preparing meals and personal care.

You will also be providing emotional support, encouragement, and reassurance when needed
What shifts are available?
- Morning support hours start at 7am - 2.30pm and then afternoon support hours are 2.30pm -10pm

We’re looking for people with the flexibility to work on a rota basis across weekdays and weekends

Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to support a healthy work / life balance - something we're really passionate about!
