  • Salary - Scale E, Pt 4-6, £10.98 – £11.38 per hour
  • Permanent
  • Part Time
  • 4 days with potential to increase to 5 days
  • Required for June 2023

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised Office Administrator to join our busy school office before the end of summer term 2023.

You will be entrusted with general office and administrative duties, communicating effectively with all members of our school community, including parents, families, pupils, staff and visitors.

Your responsibilities will include;

  • Finance (knowledge of STAR is desirable.)
  • HR including staff contracts and payroll
  • Updating records on Pupil Asset;
  • Answering general enquiries by telephone and email.

We are looking for someone who:

  • has experience of working in a busy administrative environment;
  • has a positive, proactive attitude;
  • is highly organised, efficient and adaptable;
  • has strong ICT skills – knowledge of Office 365 and Pupil Asset would be advantageous;
  • can prioritise and manage their own workload;
  • is a team player, also able to work on their own initiative.

GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above (or equivalent) is required. Please see full job description for further information.
