Your new role:
· This is a busy Contact Centre role.
· Handling a high volume of incoming calls.
· Ensuring that all inbound emails are addressed within a timely manner.
· Dealing with emails and diary management
· Dealing with and processing any incoming customer information.
· Creating and updating customer files.
· Handling customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What you’ll need to succeed:
· Excellent PC skills are required.
· Proven call handler experience or similar would be essential
· You will be an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail.
· Must be confident and have excellent interpersonal skills
· Experience in a busy and pressurised environment would be advantageous.
