Job Description
We are URGENTLY recruiting caring and empathetic Bank/ Part-time Support Workers with a minimum of 6 months of UK work experience to work in KENT, BEXHILL, TONBRIDGE, MARGATE, and EAST SUSSEX areas, to cover shifts in residential and nursing homes. You will be working with elderly adults, children, and young people, As a Support Worker, you will be required to help clients with personal care, meals, medication, and social interaction and to support service users to live as independently as possible.
To succeed as a Support Worker, you should have excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for helping others, and good leadership skills. A skilled Support Worker should be able to provide both emotional and physical support when needed to ensure that clients feel in control of their lives.

· A qualification in Health and Social Care, CARE CERTIFICATE, NVQ 2 or 3 is preferable.
