Job Description
Job Role and Duties: Reporting to the Despatch Supervisor the duties will include the following:
· Processing sales orders and booking in purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.
· Organising the paperwork for our weekly deliveries from mainland England and our Dublin office.
· Filing/Scanning of sales and purchase invoices, test certificates, despatch notes and any other correspondence as required.
· Dealing with visitors (customers and couriers) to the despatch office in a professional and courteous manner.
· Liaising with the sales office, warehouse, purchasing and finance department as required.
· Dealing with customer collections in a professional, courteous and timely manner.
· Confirming delivery and processing of directs on a weekly basis.
· Any other adhoc duties as required.
