The Glen Nursing Home in Baildon are looking for committed and driven Health Care Assistants to support our Residents during the day in our purpose built state of the art Nursing Home. We are rated as a ' Good Nursing Home ' in the Baildon area of Bradford and want our Carers to uphold the same ethos and passion for care that we do.
We are looking for Day and night Care Assistants to join our team, providing quality care to our residents. Day shifts start at 07.30-20.00 including some weekends and bank holidays as per rota.

Purpose of the position
To provide a high standard of resident care in the home during the Day, promoting dignity, privacy, choice, the rights of the individual with a person centered ethos.
To ensure the personal needs of the residents are met physically, emotionally and spiritually.
To ensure adequate nutritional and hydration needs are met assisting and offering choice to all our residents.
