The shift pattern for this position is 35 hours per week worked 4 on 4 off, 8am – 1pm then 5pm – 10pm split shift

To provide a community nursing service to the housebound population of Inverclyde.
The job the applicant will be doing:

This is an exciting opportunity for a HCSW to join our Community Nursing team. You will assist the community nursing team, community alarms and care at home service to provide effective and holistic nursing care to service users within Inverclyde HSCP.

You will work collaboratively in both a planned and responsive manner to ensure nursing skill and expertise is afforded to residents of Inverclyde HSCP through prevention of admission to hospital and delayed discharges. Experience is essential and community experience is desirable.

Rotation within Inverclyde locality is anticipated as service demands change.
Skills / Qualifications:

Community experience would be advantageous but not essential.

- Full driving licence is essential
