Job description
- As a support worker at Cariad Care Services your responsibilities may include:
- Providing person centred, outcome based support for the elderly within their home setting.
- Ensuring clients privacy and dignity is maintained and respected .
- Supporting clients with personal care and support in daily life activities
- Maintaining and completing clients records within their home setting
- Supporting clients to access local community based activities
- Supporting clients between the hours of 7am and 10pm
