We are looking to hire an Office Administrator for an industry leading energy company. This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation with great training and development opportunities.Role: Office Administrator Pay Rate: £12.90ph Contract: Temporary (6 months very likely to be extended) Location: Cardiff (Hybrid) Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday (37 hours)The Role:
- Providing support to the wider team with Administration tasks and duties
- Data entry/ Data Processing / Data Cleansing / Data Amendments
- Telephone based role with calls to customers and wider team.
The Successful Candidate:
- Good IT skills and ability to use Microsoft packages confidently.
- Good communicator (verbal and written communication skills)
- Supportive and self-motivated
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
