Our client who is a leader in their field are seeking a
Senior Administrator to join them at their office based in Catterick Garrison. We are seeking a confident administrator with a strong attention to detail, who can assist in the running of the office.
Duties:
- Typing documentation and schedules
- Handling queries and Reception duties
- Managing diaries and organising schedules
- Project Co-ordination
- Upkeeping both paper and electronic files
- Ordering equipment, as well as processing invoices and expenses
- General administration and ad-hoc duties
- Assisting in preparing budgets
What we are looking for:
- Administration experience (essential)
- Experience using Sage (preferred)
- Audio typing experience (preferred)
- An interest in property and land
- Strong customer service, accuracy and numeracy skills
- Excellent communication skills on all levels
- A positive attitude
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office
To be successful as an Administrator you will be a proactive individual with the ability to prioritise tasks and problem solve. In return the successful candidate will receive a salary between £20k-£23.5k, plus benefits, working Monday to Friday, with some flexible working options.
