We have a unique, exciting opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator based in either our Selby or Trafford Office.
What are we looking for?
Reporting to the Logistics Operations Manager, you will support the day-to-day UK distribution operation across multiple Westmill sites and 3rd party warehouses, planning export deliveries and ensuring full customs compliance on documentation, reverse logistics control, data and cost analysis, as well as KPI reporting.
With demonstrable experience and understanding of transport planning and 3PL warehouse operations, you will be a proven problem solver and decision maker, able to balance the needs of the business and those of the customer. You will have a good eye for detail and have a high level of accuracy on data input and documentation. Being a key distribution contact, you will be an excellent communicator with the ability to forge strong relationships and influence internal and external colleagues to ensure service, efficiency and drive improvements.
