An exciting opportunity has emerged for an individual to join the fun and friendly team as a Lettings Admin Assistant Apprentice in their office on Cottingham Road.
This role will support the smooth running of Unicom’s busy office, learning the full property management process. Assisting university students on a daily basis with accommodation enquiries and needs as well as digital marketing, sales and general admin.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Answering the telephone, reception duties (meeting and greeting clients)
Digital marketing – creating and managing social media posts
Storing electronic documents / Word processing
Emailing clients and assisting in any requirements
Scanning / photocopying and filing
General admin support to the team and Directors
Assisting tenants
Working with a small, friendly team in a busy environment
Learning the full property management
This role has the potential to progress into property management
