The Package

Circa £31,000 per annum basic salary

Overtime paid at x1.5 after 40 hours

The Job Role

Senior Chef de Partie to work across the catering offering in this multi outlet operation in a prestigious insurance company.

Senior Chef de Partie will be working within a fresh food operation
-
Looking after between 100-300 delegates per day
-
Confidently and positively adapting to the business needs as it grows
The Requirements

Experience in cooking in F&B outlets in luxury London establishments
-
Experience of working to set KPI’s in a challenging environment
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Ability to plan, monitor, and implement changes to support the goals of the business
