We are agents for the leading UK brands and stock a large range of over 200 new and used UK and European motorhomes to suit all needs at our Sales Centres at Brent Knoll, Somerset and Swindon, Wiltshire.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable individual to join our team in Somerset, as an Assistant Workshop Receptionist. Ideal candidates will enjoy creating a warm and friendly atmosphere for visitors and interacting with customers. Assit booking customers in for service and explaining work that has been carried out. As well as ordering and booking in parts and making phonecalls.
Responsibilities:
- Answer the telephone and greet visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer basic questions about the company.
- Checking customer vehicles in for service work.
- Booking customer vehicles in for service.
- Ordering and booking in parts.
- Checking parts that are in stock, and stock levels.
- Creating invoices.
- General office duties.
