Job Description
We are currently looking for a driven and enthusiastic Receptionist/Gym Assistant to join our team at Feel Fit Gym.
The job role:
- Working at the front desk welcoming visitors and members by greeting them
- Dealing with membership inquiries
- Answering phone calls in relation to queries about the gym
- Sale of memberships
- Maintaining cleanliness of the equipment and surrounding areas of the gym
- Assisting with tours/trials and ensuring members have a great experience at our facility
- Dealing with payments in accordance to company policy
- Looking into ways to drive revenue into the business
- Key holder duties including opening and closing the facility
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a reception/sales or customer service role is desirable
- Confident and a team player
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Computer literate
- Ability to use own initiative and present ideas
- Punctual
