Job Description
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive PA to support two of our Valuation Directors. This is initially a maternity cover contract to start at the beginning of May for a handover and training period. You will be part of our wider remote, friendly and supportive PA team.
Your role will include:
· Prioritising the two surveyor’s workload and dealing with their requests promptly.
· Diary management including setting up appointments.
· Dealing with admin and correspondence on the surveyors behalf.
· Sending conflict checks, terms of engagements.
· Formatting and sending of reports
· Creation of folders for Valuations
· Assisting with Photo sheets, maps, planning information and site measurements.
· Answering incoming calls.
· Copy typing
You will be:
· Organised and efficient.
· Professional and courteous in both appearance and manner.
· A team player happy to work remotely.
· Customer focussed and helpful.
· Excellent copy typist.
· Good working knowledge of Word, Outlook and Adobe.
· Ideally work experience within the property industry.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 9 months
Salary: Up to £27,000.00 per year
