Office admin assistant
Hours Monday - Thursday 9.30AM-1.30PM.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self driven individual to assist in our busy environment within the events industry.
The key skills you need for this role include:
· Confident and friendly telephone manner
· Managing and exceeding customer expectations
· Being highly organised
· Acting on your own initiative without constant supervision
· Computer literate (particularly a good knowledge of MS office)
· Excellent punctuality and time keeping
Job roles to include:
· To provide general administrative support to the team maintaining files with quotes, confirmed orders and invoices.
· To deal and interact with customers answering enquiries, taking bookings and advising clients of our services, providing a high standard of customer care by phone, in writing and face to face.
· To be responsible for specific projects as directed relating to business expansion, promotion and marketing.
· Other clerical and administration duties as required by the needs of the department

- Edgware: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
