About the Role

At David Lloyd Clubs we are enjoying a sustained period of growth which will see us open amazing new clubs in Europe. Our Regional Sales Managers are the ambassadors of our business and will have full accountability in leading and driving our sales teams to give our members and prospects an excellent experience.

You will manage a challenging multi-site sales portfolio across Holland, as well as leading, challenge, plan and inspire the sales teams to successfully hit their individual and club monthly new member sales targets for heads and revenue.

To confirm if you do not reside in Holland, frequent travel (3 days a week) is needed for this role.

What do we need from you?

  • Prior sales experience and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Commercially astute and experienced in operating within a Business to Consumer environment
  • Several years’ experience managing a large team of employees, including Managers.
  • Experience of financial planning and management.
  • Passionate about customer service.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Team player.
  • Inspirational leadership skills.

  • Exceed all new member sales targets for heads and revenue across the region.
