Job Description

Contract hours/days: 40 hours per week across 5 days

Roles and Responsibilities

The Physical Security Specialist duties include:

 Repair, maintain and install CCTV and other physical security systems, in accordance with the relevant

standards, and specific system specifications;

 Liaise with clients to plan and advise on new system implementations;

 Ensure all work is finished in an efficient and proper manner in accordance with company standards and

protocol;

 Delivery, install, collection & removal of assets and materials;

 Implementing risk assessments and method statements as and when required;

 Report any observed unsafe acts, near misses and positive observations;

 Stay up to date with relevant regulatory codes and standards;

 Attend to calls for maintenance (on site and or by telephone);

 Rectify all faults on the first visit where rectification is within your control;

 Carry out rolling programme of preventative maintenance visits;

 Collection/recording of site configuration information;

 Maintain accurate and timely records;

 Ensure that audits are carried out of quality procedures;

 Provide training to customers as required;

 Carry out any additional tasks that may be required.

Requirements

 Previous experience installing & servicing a wide product base of access control systems, CCTV

systems and intruder alarm systems.

 Technical knowledge of intruder alarms, door entry, Fire & Access control systems.

 Good understanding of current standards

 Full UK driving licence

 Technical knowledge of intruder alarms, door entry, Fire & Access control systems.

 Good attention to detail in order to ensure that all paperwork is correctly completed, and procedures are

followed within the allotted timescales.

 Strong written and verbal business communication skills.

 Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

 Ability and willingness to travel within the UK, when needed.

 Motivated and challenged to drive high performance.

 An enthusiastic team player who is able to work well under pressure and maintain a professional

approach at all times.

 Comfortable working irregular hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £26,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
