Treforrest industrial estate post office is seeking an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills to provide a good Customer Service. If you enjoy working in a busy environment where you meet different customers every day and have good focus this is a good opportunity for you.
As a customer service advisor, your day-to-day duties would include:
- selling financial products and services to meet targets
- selling stamps and dealing with letters and parcels
- dealing with vehicle registrations
- Digital and paper passport application
- selling travel insurance and foreign currency
- making sure the books balance at the end of the day.
In a main post office and the retail side (shop) you have be involved in selling and advising customers on a wider range of products.
