GVE London Ltd is one of the largest independent supercar showroom in the UK. It is very conveniently operating from Uxbridge which has plenty of local amenities as well as excellent links to the M4, M25 and A40 as well as West Drayton Train Station and Uxbridge tube station (Piccadilly and Metropolitan Line).
Your main duties & responsibilities as a Showroom Host/Receptionist will be:
- Greet customers and visitors as they arrive, answering any initial queries and providing them with drinks and teas.
- Screening inbound calls and directing where needed, logging enquiries and following up with colleagues where necessary.
- Following up with customers and making courtesy calls to customers as directed by Management.
- Ensuring the reception area is presentable and clean.
- Providing the office team and wider organisation with administrative support.
- Undertaking ad-hoc projects and tasks as directed by Management.
An ideal Showroom Host/Receptionist will possess the below skills, experiences and knowledge:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Administrator or in a previous customer facing role with administrative experience.
- You will be able to use Microsoft Office packages.
- You will have excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- You will be a confident and friendly person.
Please note, this is a part-time role, working 3 days per week Monday - Saturday. You must be able to commit to these days. Please ensure you complete all the questions in the application.

Salary: £10.00-£10.50 per hour
