Ztaffing Care is a leading provider of home care services in Derby and Derbyshire. We are currently seeking Support Workers to provide high-quality care and support services to our clients in their own homes.
Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and medication management.
Support clients with mobility and other daily living activities, as required.
Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
Monitor and document clients' progress and report any concerns or changes to the care team.
Support clients with social activities and community participation, where appropriate.
Ensure that the home care environment is safe, clean, and comfortable for clients.
Liaise with other healthcare professionals involved in the clients' care, as required.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
A caring and compassionate nature with a passion for providing high-quality care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A full UK driving license and access to a car is essential.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it.
A clean criminal record is required.

Salary: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
