WHO ARE THEY?
A full-service hotel, offering many exceptional experiences. The current Hotel is a 150+ bedroom boasting spa & leisure club, three function spaces, restaurant and bar.
This is an exciting time to join the hotel as they embark on a rebranding and refurbishment program with a major international brand in the next few months.
WHAT WILL YOU GET UP TO?
- As the Food & Beverage Manager your role is to provide leadership and support to your team.
- Responsible for creating and developing the culture with the senior leadership team
- The management of training, recruitment and conduct and performance management
- To engage with the development and execution of structured training plans within the department to inspire a customer experience-led culture.
- Operational responsibility for the Food and Beverage department, including shift leadership, stock purchasing, and department rotas
- Responsible for the departmental budget, ensuring that costs and departmental inventory is controlled, and that target productivity and performance levels are attained

Salary: £34,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
