Part-time Primary School Librarian
Required for June 2023
Location: Hargrave Park School, 51 Bredgar Road, London, N19 5BS
Salary Grade: Scale 5, spine points 12 - 15
Actual Salary Range: £10,908 per annum to £11,664 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Part Time, 15 hours per week, Term Time Only
Hargrave Park School is a one and a half form entry primary school with Children's Centre facilities, situated in the heart of Archway.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed school librarian who will demonstrate our values of: Independence, Respect, Kindness, Ambition and Resilience.
We have high aspirations for our children and believe strongly that an enriched and exciting curriculum is the key to driving and sustaining our rapidly improving achievement.
Books and reading are highly valued in our school. All classrooms have high quality book areas and the environment in the school library reflects the importance we place on Reading for Pleasure.
Our school librarian will work with all staff, including middle and senior leaders to foster a love of books and reading for our children.
Visits to the school are strongly encouraged.
