We’re looking for a Product Manager in the Information Barriers and Restricted Lists Crew who would ensure clients have a high-quality product experience and convert client needs into delighting products. The product Manager would:
- Co-develop a clear product/pod vision and strategy with the product owner, roadmap covering the full product lifecycle (including decommissioning, version and infrastructure upgrades) and aligns it with the crew product lead and crew technical lead.
- Have an understanding of governance of sensitive information and ability to define product trends and to inform the product/pod vision and strategy including specific product developments. Aligns and agreed on the product strategy & roadmap with other crews, Stream Leads/Crew Leads and supports pre-inceptions.
- Drive new products and product changes iteratively and continuously together with cross-functional team members in the pod, as well as through collaboration with and alignment of stakeholders from other pods and CoEs, legal, compliance and CDIO internal.
- Is responsible for the implementation of new products and product changes.
- Ensure the product is being tested together with stakeholders to gain insights and ensure readiness to launch before release to production (e.g., UX testing, end user testing and research insights).
- Review usage/benefits of existing features to develop improvements or evaluate their removal.
- Support pod Objective and Key Results and provide relevant product measurements and metrics to meet overall business goals.
- Manage sufficient product documentation and manuals for internal stakeholders, e.g. sharepoint sites, process documents or test documents.
- Support end to end business operations for a successful implementation (e.g. conducting trainings, providing product support, train-the-trainer, etc.).
- Ensures compliance of the product with risk (e.g. ORI, MER, KPC), security policies and architecture & technology standards. Supports audit requests/activities and is accountable that evidences for adherence/compliance are available and up-to-date.
- Ensures the quality of the product, from also a technical and non-functional requirements (i.e. production stability, performance, maintainability, ...) and cost efficiency perspective.
- Ensures operational support and service readiness according Service Level Agreement (SLA).

In our agile operating model Crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous Pods. You’ll be working within the Group Compliance, Regulatory & Governance agile delivery organization in London, Zurich or Poland focusing on providing simple and intuitive solutions for Information Barriers and Restricted Lists Crew. Your expertise
- working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product ownership (such as performing product owner role in a scrum team)
- strong expertise in writing user stories and clear acceptance criteria based on stakeholder needs and priorities
- deliver complex products to customers, ideally within Information Barriers and Restricted Lists area
- setting outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results) as well as a product road map
- team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
- experience with managing non-regulatory risks for Information Barriers and Restricted Lists products preferred
