Located in the centre of Leeds, Green Acres Care Home is a purpose-built, 62-room care home with an excellent outdoor area for residents to enjoy. Staff at Green Acres offer 24/7 nursing care, 24/7 residential care, end of life care, mental health care and physical disability care.

Responsibilities as an Activity Lead are to plan and implement activities appropriate to Service Users need and requests. To plan and initiate monthly rolling/individual programmes, and encourage Service Users to socialise within the Care Centre while maintain pre-existing hobbies.
