Pastry Chef de Partie
- Pay - £11.20 per hour (£26,208 per year for a fulltime role)
- You can expect to earn in the region of £8,900 per year in tips if working full time (based on last years figures, paid weekly)

We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef to join our friendly kitchen team at our beautiful restaurant in Sandbanks, Dorset.
We see ourselves as being in the 'cheering up industry' trying to make people smile with great food, drink and experiences.
Ideally you'll be trained to Chef de Partie/Kitchen Supervisor level and have worked in a similar role before.
What you’ll be getting up to
- Food preparation creating baked goods and desserts
- Helping to run the section alongside the team
- Ensuring raw and ready to eat foods and products stored correctly
- Training and teaching the team
- Maintaining good hygiene in the kitchen
- Aiding with menu changes

Our Story
Rick and Jill Stein started our family run business back in 1975, and today we employ over 600 happy staff. The business has grown from the first flagship Seafood Restaurant in Padstow to 10 restaurants across the south of England, plus hotel rooms, cookery school, shops and an online shop. Rick and Jill are still heavily involved in the business, as are their three sons Ed, Jack and Charlie. We see ourselves as being in the 'cheering up industry' trying to make people smile with great food, drink and experiences.
