Customer Service Advisor - Remote - 7-month temp - £10.90 per hour
One of the UKs largest charities is seeking experienced Customer Service Advisor to provide support to their internal Helpline staff across the organisation.
This is a remote temporary role to start ASAP for an initial 7-month period.
Pay: £10.90 per hour outside London
£11.93 per hour inside London
Working hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. 35 hours per week.
The Customer Service Advisor will provide a timely and effective response to staff and volunteers across the Helplines via email, phone and our online portal.
The ideal Customer Service Advisor will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:
Demonstrable experience of delivering effective and timely customer support in previous roles.
Strong computer literacy skills with a commitment to high standards of service delivery and customer care.
Good verbal and written skills
Experience of using business information systems, applications and reporting tools. A knowledge of some or all of the Helplines specific systems (Genesys, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Three Rings, Business Objects) would be desirable.
The ability to demonstrate an understanding of a system users experience and needs.
Demonstrable problem-solving skills, through live troubleshooting
An aptitude for learning to use a range new software packages
