Sous Chef for a Flagship B&I contract

High volume, on trend quality fresh food.

To work with a team of 9 chefs.

Daytime operation hours - 7am - 3pm

A proven Sous Chef within quality B&I contract catering or restaurants.

The ability to manage a busy operation within a Sous Chef capacity.

A passionate foodie with a strong knowledge of Fresh British cuisine and food trends.

To be creative and have a real passion for food.

A team player who leads from the front.

The successful applicant will have a strong background within quality operations.
The Package

Up to £33,500.00 per annum

Bonus

Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm No weekends
