We make our sourdough from scratch everyday using the finest Caputo flour and all our pizzas are cooked in wood-fired ovens.

We will be opening up again over the next few months and want to create a great team of people who can work hard and take pride in what they do. As a senior kitchen member you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef and also running your own shifts in a professional and organised way.
Other duties will include managing stock via ordering, weekly counts and training of other chefs on specs. You will also assist the Head Chef with writing rotas, invoicing and recruitment while all the time leading from the front in the main kitchen by serving some great pizzas!
