Our beautiful property is looking for a Lounge Bar Supervisor to join our family and provide our guests with outstanding levels of service.
The shift pattern for the role is from 2:30pm – 11:00pm.
Salary for this position is up to £30,000 - £33,000 per annum (including service charge) plus incentives and paid overtime.
Your main responsibilities as a Lounge Bar Supervisor are setting up tables; taking orders for our wonderful guests; providing 5 star exceptional service; making sure that all food service areas are maintained to the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene.

What are the Key responsibilities of the Lounge Bar Supervisor?
- Leading and motivating the Food & Beverage Assistant team to deliver all aspects of food and beverage service

Strong attention to detail and managing the presentation of all areas under control both front and back of house

Managing of rotas, weekly timesheets and holiday allocation

Conducting Food & Beverage Assistants one to one's and appraisals

Planning food and beverage promotions across the year and succession planning
