Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an intern in the Property Management department.
The ideal candidate will be organized and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Property Manager with the day-to-day operations of the property, including tenant relations, rent collection, maintenance requests, and other matters as needed
- Prepare documents for renewals, tenant notices, and other correspondence
- Ensure that all tenant files are up to date
- Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed records of all property related activity
- Conduct regular inspections of the properties
- Respond to tenant inquiries and complaints
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting
- Participate in team meetings and provide reports on current projects
No driving license required
Internship will last between 6 to 13 weeks
