Part Time Administrator

Job Description

As a Part Time Administrator your responsibilities will include:

• Work closely with the Company Directors
• Report into the Company Associate
• Handle emails
• Data entry
• Schedule and plan of appointments in the company / Diary management
• Organise daily work and assignments
• Assist with document formatting and dictation writing
• Produce invoices / undertake credit control
• Assist with quarterly VAT returns and other financial matters

The successful Part Time Administrator will have the following experience:

• Good communication skills
• A clear listener
• Administrative background preferred but not essential (transferable skills considered)
• Sense of humour and a positive outlook

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: £15,061.32-£17,000.00 per year
