Job Description
As a Part Time Administrator your responsibilities will include:
- Work closely with the Company Directors
- Report into the Company Associate
- Handle emails
- Data entry
- Schedule and plan of appointments in the company / Diary management
- Organise daily work and assignments
- Assist with document formatting and dictation writing
- Produce invoices / undertake credit control
- Assist with quarterly VAT returns and other financial matters
The successful Part Time Administrator will have the following experience:
- Good communication skills
- A clear listener
- Administrative background preferred but not essential (transferable skills considered)
- Sense of humour and a positive outlook
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: £15,061.32-£17,000.00 per year
