About Us
We are an independently owned group of outstanding restaurants, pubs, and boutique hotels in the East Midlands, across Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire & Lincolnshire. We operate several different formats, although each site is treated like every colleague and guest, as an individual. We aim to add at least two new sites to our business every year, so your career development opportunities will be as amazing as you are. About You
You must be a confident and considerate leader – to nurture a happy and motivated team.
A passion for food is a must, with a keen eye for detail and experience of working in a busy fresh food environment. We employ hard-working people who are enthusiastic about creating exceptional dining experiences.

Remuneration
£10 - £10.50 + Gratuities
Job Role
Guaranteeing that all regulations and procedures are adhered to. Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen areas. Aiding the chefs when required in food preparation and service.
Experience Required
Minimum 1 year in a similar role. Training can be provided for those with less than 1 years’ experience
