Job Description

This post is for a project manager to coordinate the #BeeWell programme, which is supported by a range of funders.

An experienced project manager, with experience of managing collaborative networks and research projects, is required to lead the management and co-ordination of #BeeWell until the end of the second phase of the programme (31 December 2026). They will be responsible for managing all operational aspects of #BeeWell activities, ensuring key project milestones are met and coordinating successful delivery to project stakeholders. As a key member of the team, they must demonstrate excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills. They will also be responsible for ensuring efficient use of resources (including budgeting, procurement, and travel), providing administrative support, arranging and participating in meetings and events and administering the research fund and reporting needs of the project.

The project manager will need to: i) maintain good working practices to govern the activities of #BeeWell; ii) provide a lead for the financial and legal administration of project resources across partners and members; iii) facilitate communication between the #BeeWell research team, the UoM #BeeWell governance group, project partners (including but not limited to the Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families (AFNCCF), the Gregson Family Foundation, the Greater Manchester Combined Authority, and the Hampshire and the Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board), and other key stakeholders (including but not limited to business partners, funding partners, school delivery partners, and service delivery partners) towards the fulfilment and delivery of the work programme.
