Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- Manage the sales process of new and used cars, marketing, stock, finance and compliance.

Lead, organise, direct and motivate the activities of the sales team and administrative support team to achieve our business plans and budgets. Train and coach all sales executives.
- Performance manage the sales team and hold monthly reviews.
- Be able to communicate directly with customers.
- Ensure the high standards of showroom presentation and CI standards.
- Understand and achieve all agreed targets both internally and from the manufacturer.
- Deliver an outstanding level of customer satisfaction and ensure the customer journey is industry leading. Full compliance at all levels.
The ideal candidate:
- High achieving, driven and enthusiastic.
- An established team player.
- Experience as a Sales Manager.
- Skill and ability to coach and develop the sales team as necessary.
- A natural leader and motivator.
- Thrive in a customer facing environment.
