Since its establishment the company has successfully established its reputation within the markets. We have expanded rapidly and secured our place in the market. To continue the flawless growth, we now require an IT Support Technician to establish our position in the growing IT sector.
Key Skills:
- A solid all round IT awareness and knowledge.
- Excellent IT skills and Knowledge of digital marketing and ability to ready the content and advertisement .
- Good technical knowledge of intranet, internet technologies and Virtualisation technologies.
- Strong Knowledge of hardware / software , desktops, servers & Microsoft applications.
- Good understanding of network security and knowledge of network communication systems.
- Ability to quickly absorb information and develop skills.
- Analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills both written and spoken in English.
- Communication skills in Hindi, Bengali and Urdu will be treated as an extra quality.
- Must be Patient, ambitious and highly motivated.
- Ability to work as part of the team and able to work under pressure.
- Experience of working within a similar challenging and fast-paced environment for an estate agent, house builder or property development company.
Duties & Responsibilities :
1) Monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks.
2) Helping customers with any difficult technical encounter they have while using our
service.
3) Installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware/software faults and solving technical problems, either over the phone or face to face.
4) Working with customers/employees to identify computer problems and advising on the solution.
5) Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries.
6) Providing support to the company's teams across many IT platforms / functions.
7) Data entry and updating client/contact databases.
8) Updating and monitor the company website if / when required.
9) Manage Day-to-day online presence and online property portal data gathering.
10) Manage digital advertising with third-party and response online query ( Marketing portal / website and social media )
11) Assist marketing team with developing and executing strategies to increase social media.
Salary: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
