Administrator
Toomey Leasing Group is a wholly owned subsidiary of MJT Securities Limited. It is the leasing and fleet management arm of the diverse Toomey Group, a substantial privately owned business that began in 1929. The Leasing Group operates from offices based in Basildon, Derby, Chester & Poole and is able to offer a local service with hands on account management to fleet operators of 25+ vehicles nationally. We have a wealth of experience within the vehicle leasing industry complimented by a portfolio of consultancy and fleet management services.
We are actively recruiting for a full time Administrator to work in the centralised Administration team, based at our Basildon Office.
Typical everyday work activities
- Processing new vehicle orders
- Dealing with customer requests and queries
- Representing and paying parking tickets on behalf of customers
- Raising Sales Ledger invoices
Skills & Experience required
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
- IT skills - Word, Excel
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Polite and friendly
- Positive "can do" flexible attitude
- Education - G.C.S.E level and above
The hours will be Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with half hour unpaid lunch
22 days holiday - plus Bank Holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
