Job Description
The Music Teaching Agency are currently looking to recruit a Guitar Teacher to work in an after-school guitar club at a Primary School in Fulham, every Monday from 3:15-4:15 pm. If you are focused, self-motivated and have a passion for teaching guitar, we would love to hear from you.

- Schools and private clients located across the Southwest London area
- Mixture of group and 1:1 teaching
- Flexible working hours
A successful candidate will:
- Have experience teaching guitar to children and/or young people
- Be committed and passionate about working with children and young people
- A team player
- Build positive relationships with teaching staff, children, and parents
- Be enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated
- Able to reliably commute to schools and private clients in the Southeast London area
- Holds an Enhanced DBS Certificate
- Be self-employed
Key responsibilities:
- Working in groups and/or 1:1 teaching guitar with children and/or young people
- Adhere to the safeguarding and child protection procedures of our schools and clients
- Ensure pupils make good progress learning the guitar
- Encourage pupils to participate in concerts and/or recitals
- Preparing pupils to take part in music examinations
