An exciting opportunity for a healthcare assistant to join a pre-existing private patient nursing team on Brook Suite private patient unit within the Essex Cardiothoracic Centre. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, hard-working member to join our team who puts patient centre care first.
At Nash Basildon, patients can access a wide range of specialist treatments for heart and lung conditions, from diagnostic investigations to major heart surgery. We also undertake treatment of other specialties including general surgery, urology, gynaecology and orthopaedics where patients will be treated and cared for in privacy within the comfort of their own ensuite facilities. All income generated from our private patient care is invested back into the NHS.
You will ensurea high standard of care is delivered to patients in a kind, caring and professional manner whilst considering dignity, privacy, cultural and religious needs.
You will have sound attitudes andbehaviors compatible with NHS Values and the Trust and work within the competency boundaries as set at each stage of your development and as determined by the standards for a Healthcare Assistant regardless of previous healthcare experience.
You will be able to demonstrate a flexible and dynamic attitude, both to your paid and academic studies.
