We are qualified Passivhaus and NZEB Designers and provide Commissioning Management and BREEAM Assessments services.

The Role
As part of our company development plans, we are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Business Development Assistant to work under the Business Development Coordinator and assist the rest of the team. The role is part time, with flexible hours ranging from 20 hours a week Monday - Thursday. The role will be responsible for a diverse range of duties within the office environment which includes general administration and office duties, filing and marketing.
The role will involve working closely in a small team environment, excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude is essential. People skills will play a big part of your role as you will be working with each department.
This role is open to university students and can be flexible around the university schedule.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in updating and managing existing bid portals throughout the UK and ROI Markets such as to assist in the “Bid Evaluation” process.
- Answering the phone circuit and taking messages
- Creating agendas and taking minutes at internal/external meetings
- Marketing; internal staff emails, managing the socials, creating content and liasing with the marketing contractor.
- Assisting in the preparations for IMS Audits.
- Maintaining appropriate company certification including ISO Accreditations, Construction Line, SMAS Worksafe Compliance.
- Administrative duties and general office tasks
The successful candidate will have:
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
Experience as Front of House, Receptionist or Administrative Assistant is desirable.
