What’s the role?
- Research Client's business and determine which services would be most appealing to the customer
- Confidently answer questions about service being promoted
- B2B cold calling prospective clients
- Fact finding and rapport building over the telephone
- Updating records through our CRM (Salesforce)
- Ensuring all notes are recorded accurately on Salesforce
- Managing call backs effectively
- Pipeline management
- Ensuring new business opportunities are developed through effective lead generation
- Meet personal targets set
- Delivering a great customer experience to all potential Clients
Requirements
- Previous B2B Cold Calling Experience (1 Year)
- Experience using Salesforce (1 Year)
Remuneration
- Competitive salary
- Work from home with office working only required for meetings
- 15% commission as standard

- 4 day working week on offer once probation period is complete
