We are seeking a Sustainability Data Assistant to support our Sustainability, Quality & Sourcing team with the collation and reporting of supplier & product data supporting the wider sustainability strategy. This Data assistant apprenticeship role will allow you to earn, whilst you learn and with some hard work you’ll achieve a Level 4 Data analyst apprenticeship qualification in 18 months (full programme length 2 years).
This is a great opportunity where you will be part of the team that is responsible for ensuring products meet quality, legal, ethical and sustainability standards.
Some of your tasks will include:
Supporting Data Analyst Lead and Sustainability Manager to improve data accuracy.
Support and align across Quality, Sourcing and Sustainability.
Liaising with our suppliers to build detailed product attribute data.
Working with suppliers and buying teams to improve product data accuracy and compliance.
Essential role requirements:
Passionate about product, homeware, sustainability & data!
Numerically confident with a keen eye for detail
A good level of Microsoft office experience, particularly excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot tables).
Good verbal and written communication skills and will be able to liaise with internal colleagues, suppliers and third parties.
Logical approach to problem solving.
