The main duties of the role will involve:-
- Updating clients regarding updates on policies.
- First point of contact for all bookings queries.
- Liaising with internal staff members to update them on surgeries.
- Providing advice to customers on polices.
- Working hours- 8am - 5pm, 9am - 6pm and 10am - 7pm (alternating weeks)
- Excellent customer service skills
