Job Description

The main duties of the role will involve:-

• Updating clients regarding updates on policies.
• First point of contact for all bookings queries.
• Liaising with internal staff members to update them on surgeries.
• Providing advice to customers on polices.
• Working hours- 8am - 5pm, 9am - 6pm and 10am - 7pm (alternating weeks)
