What the job involves:
- You will be responsible to provide leadership & direction ensuring all customers service experience is best in class and met with robust communication and organisation.
- You will be overseeing and reprioritising accordingly the planning of workloads to meet with customers’ expectations and ensure all Company targets are met and exceeded.
- You will be expected to manage the service department team and handle customer service interactions, reports, and repairs.
- Oversee employee training & development to ensure all staff are competent with in their roles
Work Experience:
- Previous experience in Team Leadership.
- A successful track record in delivering business results.
- The ability to build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Competent negotiator.
- IT literate.
Desirable Attributes:
- The ability to work within a multi-disciplined team.
- Excellence in customer service from a service based industry.
- Experienced in municipal market.
- The ability to motivate staff and communicate at all levels.
- Be commercially astute and customer centric.
