Job Title: Personal Shopping Coordinator
Reports To: Personal Shopping Manager
Based At: Bicester Village
POSITION SUMMARY:
This role is to assist the Personal Shopping team on dealing with client appointments, Virtual Shopping, bookings and reporting.
In addition the coordinator should also be able to when required to host client appointments recommend clothing/accessory options from brands across the Village that would suit their needs. The Personal Shopping coordinator will need to ensure they are proactive, solution providers and delivering a high quality of customer service to all clients and expanding their client list, whilst working with brands to assist in increasing their sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Personal Shopping team in hosting appointments
- Handling bookings ranging from client and brand appointments, reserved parking and couriers
- Work closely with Personal Shoppers on product selection, processing sales and returns
- Handling database entries on existing systems
- Support the Personal Shopping team on presentations and reports where applicable.
- Execute end to end process of Virtual Shopping
- Monitoring individual and brands sales targets and increasing these where possible
- Building a rapport with clients, brands and The Apartment team
BACKGROUND & SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Personal Stylist experience within a luxury retail or hospitality background
- Creative eye for styling clients
- Language skills preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- An awareness of cultural differences with international guests
- Confident in working with a wide variation of clients, including high net-worth individuals
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast paced enviroment
