Who are we
At Air Products, we specialise in Industrial Gas and we've been helping our customers to become more productive, energy efficient and sustainable for more than 80 years. We are seeking a customer service representative to join our customer focused friendly team.
Our Customer Service Specialists work 37.5 hours a week between 8am – 5.30pm, Monday – Friday, Saturday 9am – 5pm (Rota’d).
As part of our team, you will have dedicated personal training from our employees to help you settle into your role. This will provide you with the foundations needed to help you with your day to-day tasks which involves taking customer phone calls, e-mails, placing orders, and resolving customer issues.
Experience is beneficial to the role, however a willingness to learn, good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team will go a long way.
About the role:

Inbound Customer Service contact via phone, email and more

Outbound task such as providing customer updates

Helping customer place orders over the phone
- Administration work, including data input of customer information and products

Ad hoc tasks to help with our business need
